German associations call for amendment of packaging regulation

The change to the Ministry of the Environment's decree has a clear objective - to reduce the landfilling of recoverable waste

Thursday, 3 November 2016 - The Czech Association of Circular Economy (CCAObH) unequivocally welcomes efforts to reduce the amount of waste disposed of in landfills. Draft Decree 294/2005 Coll., on the conditions for landfilling, correctly prohibits the landfilling of waste with potential for material recovery, recycling or energy recovery.
