WEBINARS 2021: Technical recommendations for watching webinars via the Happenee platform

Not seeing the video?

If you have managed to log in to the portal but cannot see the webinar video, this may be due to one of the reasons below:

1) Do not use Internet explorer, we recommend to use another browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge,... ) 

2) If you are connected to the webinar at work, make sure your company is not blocking content from Vimeo, through which the webinar is streamed

3) If you find that the video does not work when you connect to the company wifi, try connecting using a different VPN address or try logging out of the company wifi and using your mobile data or another wifi that does not have the content restrictions. 

What internet connection do I need to watch the live stream? The recommended connection strength for watching a live stream is 5 MB/s or higher. 

Can I watch the broadcast on my tablet or phone? Sure, you can choose. But the best way to see everything is on your laptop or desktop screen, for which the virtual environment is primarily programmed.
