Waste after 7 August. What does the decree change?
ČAObH in cooperation with SUEZ CZ and other partners has prepared webinars for industrial waste generators and municipalities on 31 August and 2 September on current topics.
What all has changed in the ordinance on the details of waste management? Which changes apply now, which later? Which changes have the biggest impact on waste management? What to watch out for? How does the MoE respond to the most common questions?
Moderated webinars will answer all these questions. Speakers from SUEZ CZ a.s. will play the main role of presenters, while representatives of Nestlé Česko s.r.o. and the authorised packaging company EKO-KOM a.s. will be guests.
How do you evaluate the six months since the adoption of the Waste Act?
This is a question for the participants and also for Petr Špičák, Technical Director of SUEZ CZ a.s. At the turn of the year, we welcomed the law, which was promoted by the CABH and its members, although it had a very compromised form. Nevertheless, it set the framework for change. Is this change also happening in practice? How does the new decree help?
How to catch the trend in packaging and prepare for eco-modulation?
This is the question we ask Jana Blecherová from Nestlé Česko s.r.o. She will introduce us to the company's commitments in the area of packaging recycling and how the company approaches ecomodulation and what it expects from the state or regulators. Can packaging be recycled at all while maintaining its functionality?
For municipalities, change is also coming, for example, in the issue of school collections.
With Lubomír Janda from EKO-KOM a.s., we will also discuss whether it is time to revise the waste management system in municipalities.
