Draft Decree laying down the criteria for solid alternative fuels to cease to be waste

With this proposal, the ČAObH is trying to help the Ministry of the Environment in both of its priorities: not to use as feedstock for solid alternative fuels anything that can burden the environment with its energy use, but also the other extreme: landfillers will try to dump a few hundred thousand tons of TAP as a "non-conforming product" under the pretext that they have "failed".
